Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using StreamExtension ("the extension") or its associated website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StreamExtension provides a Chrome browser extension that displays live stream status for Twitch streamers and allows streamers to manage a profile showcase. The service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans (Viewer Pro at €2/month, Streamer Pro at €9/month).

3. Account and Authentication

Authentication is performed via Twitch OAuth. You must have a valid Twitch account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Twitch credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices are shown in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months.
• Gatien Bigaré reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the extension; use the service to scrape or harvest data; circumvent access controls; or violate Twitch's Terms of Service.

6. Content

Streamers are responsible for the content they enter in their showcase (bio, links). You must not include illegal, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gatien Bigaré cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

The StreamExtension name, logo, and all original content are the property of Gatien Bigaré. The extension is provided for personal use only.

10. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with Twitch (authentication), YouTube (display purposes), and Stripe (payments). Their respective terms of service apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the French courts.
