1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

When you authenticate via Twitch OAuth, we collect and store your Twitch username, display name, profile picture, Twitch ID, and email address when provided by Twitch. For paid subscribers, we also store a subscription status linked to your account. The extension also stores local preferences and cache data in Chrome storage, and sends limited first-party analytics events such as extension install and popup open. We do NOT collect passwords or card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To identify you and link your account to your subscription.
• To display your profile information in the extension (streamer showcase).
• To keep your extension state in sync with your StreamExtension account and saved channels.
• To measure basic first-party extension usage, such as installs and popup opens, in order to improve the service.
• To manage your billing status via Stripe (your payment data is handled solely by Stripe).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processor) and Twitch (authentication). Both operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@bunt-agence.fr. Subscription records may be retained for legal/accounting obligations up to 7 years.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Right of access: request a copy of your data.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): delete your account and associated data.
• Right to portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object to processing.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie (httpOnly, Secure) to keep you authenticated on our service. The extension reads only this first-party session cookie to detect signed-in status and enable account-linked features. We may also use website analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) on the website itself to measure audience.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transfers. Authentication tokens are stored as httpOnly cookies to prevent XSS. Payment data is never stored on our servers.
